Dear customers of a delightful and healthy organic cuisine.
The new year brings new ideas!
Our restaurant will begin this year with a new concept. Vegetarian dishes, a range of fish or meat, soups and various side dishes as well as a salad bar are available as before. Fresh ingredients, natural herbs and spices, as well as traditional home-cooking, all come together to provide a special culinary sensation.
Alongside the tasty new dishes freshly prepared on a daily basis, the weekly menus have been revised. From 2nd January 2012 on we will offer :
- A daily changing main course that will satisfy our customers adept to vegetables. This course will always be a vegetarian meal with vegetables supplied by our wholesaler BIOGROS.
- The weekly meals are variable dishes that will be finely tuned around the diverse side dishes on offer. These will be created in such a way, that no two days will be alike.
- Our head chef will take great pleasure in creating a surprise menu for you every day.
- You are free to create your own individual menu to suit your tastes.
- Why not try our choice of pasta with a variety of sauces on offer every day.
- Our salad bar offers crispy salad and fine fresh vegetable combinations.
- A home-made soup of the day,
- And a range of delicious desserts, mainly prepared in-house.
Hot meals are served Monday to Saturday from 11.30 to 14.00.
